Effective protection of the employee is of paramount importance for both health and productivity reasons. From auto-darkening welding helmets with fresh air option for optimum safety and comfort to a range of screens designed for any application, we can make your workplace safer and more efficient.
Workplace screens include modular fixed and mobile wall units and a range of curtains designed for various situations, together with hanger, swing arm, self retracting and powered options.
Our range of media supplies include self extracting hose and cable reels for air, water, oil, grease and electricity.
During welding, a combination of cabon dioxide, smoke and dust will appear inside the visor. The optional Fresh Air unit gives the user clean, filtrated air inside the helmet.
Fresh air unit includes power unit, prefilter, main P2 filter(98% efficiency), belt with comfort pad, hose and air channel, mounting kit, face and head seal and velcro tape. Battery and charger not included.
A range of welding curtains are available for screening off the workplace. All Welding curtains conform to EN1598, standard curtain size is 1.3m wide x 1.8m drop.
Curtains can be linked together to create longer lengths.
Welding Helmets offer optimal eye protection for the Welder.
