Fixed & Portable High Vacuum Systems
High vacuum systems are ideal for extracting dust and fumes from all types of applications including welding fumes, grinding dust and metal chips from machines, making for a better work environment.
Available as portable roll-abouts or for fixed installations, the waste is collected in filters and pre-separators which makes it easy to dispose of. A range of accessories such as swing arms, manifolds, automatic valves, nozzles, etc. increase the flexibility of the units and helps to minimise maintenance costs.
E-PAK filter units are the ideal solution for workshops that require a flexible and easy to use vacuum system for extraction of sanding and grinding dust and for welding fumes.
In addition, these units are highly suitable for cleaning the workplace and floor.
E-PAK is a complete vacuum system with filter, control equipment and vacuum source mounted in a frame which is adapted for use with a fork lift.
The vacuum source is intalled in an insulated acoustic enclosure.
The low noise level makes it possible to place the system in noise sensitive environments.
A VAC unit is the perfect solution when a large number of workstations require extraction.
VAC units are availiable in several sizes to suit up to a maximum number of extraction points at the same time. If more extraction points are required, any capacity can be achieved by parallel connection of two or more units.
VAC units should be used in conjunction with FlexFilter dust collection.
RBU-units work with high vacuum and still keep a high efficiency. This fact makes the unit perfect for longer pipe runs and systems, where there is a demand for high under pressure.
The RBU is equipped with one of the markets leading roots-blowers with safety features like thermo-switch, pressure relief valve and back flush valve.
Compact units have collection bin, filter and fan built into one cabinet to save floor space. The S-series has separate fan units.
If you choose our frequency controlled units we can adjust the capacity to the actual work situation automatically. In combination with several sizes on the fan units you can always find the right solution for your need.
Choosing the correct run mode will save energy, reduce noise and extend the life of the unit.
The Swing Arm (SA) offers maximum convenience when working with high vacuum extraction. The design ensures that the arm smoothly follows the hand tool (sander, grinder, cutter, welding torch etc).
The corrosive-resistant arms are equipped with two swivel points and are manufactured from galvanised pipe.
An intergral compressed air hose is supplied as standard with the arm, enabling the user to conviently connect an air-powered tool.
Alternatively, the arm can be fitted with cable for electric tools.
For optimum efficiency, the use of an automatic vacuum is strongly recommended.
The balance arm makes the hard-to-reach workpoints much easier to access. They are ideal for the extraction of welding and soldering fumes - when the use of on-torch extraction is not possible.
The arm can be equipped with all suction nozzles from within the High Vacuum Systems range.
A hose reel for vacuum improves safety and reduces wear and tear. When scattered accross the floor, all uncoiled hoses are untidy, awkward and hazardous.
A floor free from hoses offers many advantages. The risk of tripping is almost eliminated and it allows easy access for forklifts, carts and other. A vacuum hose not used is best stored on a retractable reel. It looks neat and tidy, it reduces wear and tear and shows general good house keeping.
The vacuum hose reels are suitable for centralised or mobile high vacuum extraction systems. Additional to vacuum cleaning, typical applications are extraction of welding fumes and particles from grinding and polishing.
The P300 is robust, and very manageable. It is easy to handle thanks to its low weight, four wheels, an adjustable handle and width of only 600mm.
The well balanced construction makes P300 easy to transport through narrow doors or stairs.
The dust bin is delivered with a plastic sack for collection and disposal of dust. P300 units are single phase, which means that you only need an ordinary wall socket to use them.
