The Modular Filter System (MFS) offers maximum flexibility through its unique modular concept of standard mounting and filter elements.
Virtually any combination can be achieved, from a single filter assembly, to larger multi stage filter systems for larger air volumes combining particle, HEPA and Gas.
Easy to specify, simple to install and with low maintenance MFS is the right choice for applications such as gluing, soldering, brazing, coating and varnishing, decanting and mixing paints, pigments and solvents, cleaning with solvents, TIG & spot welding, laboratory extraction, plastics/composites, fumes, food ingredients and odours, chemical handling - the list is endless.
For the filtration of both particles and gases place the particle filter before the gas filter. For greater airflows place further filter assemblies in parallel to increase the total airflow capacity.
Two filters have been mounted in parallel to lower the pressure drop and decrease the air velocity through each of the gas filters. This increases the filtration efficiency and requires a smaller fan.
The three models in the N series, together with the existing 529 type, are compatible with all Nederman fume extractors and low pressure filtration equipment
The largest one, the N40 with a free blowing capacity of 4,000 m3/h, is specially designed to serve muliple units connected in centralised ducting systems.

The 'Original' Arm is available in five models which, together with a wide range of accessories, give almost unlimited opportunities to match its capability with your needs.
It can be mounted from the ceiling, on walls or benches, or used in conjunction with extension brackets. The 'Original' is also commonly used in combination with fixed or mobile filtration units.

The NEX is specially designed for working environments with large amounts of dust where an easy-to-use at source extraction with high suction capacity, mobility and simple maintenance is required.
The NEX D is hygienically designed and a very effective capture at source extraction arm.
The NEX D is equipped with an FDA approved hose. It is EX approved for zone 22 dust, in accordance with ATEX directive 94/9/EC Group II. Equipment category 3. Marking: EX II 3 D.
The NEX DX is ideal for working environments that contain explosive dusts. It is supplied with an earthed anti-static hose that prevents static electricity and sparkling air duct.
The hose is easy to dismantle for cleaning or changing.
The DX is EX approved for zone 21 dust in accordance with the ATEX directive.
